15 Minute Informational Phone Session 

A 15-minute phone consultation is designed to answer questions that a less complex in nature.  We can determine what legal steps, if any, an required. Sample questions include: 

  • Where do I go to start my case?

  • Do I need to come to court to terminate or modify a court order?

  • What do I need to do to protect my rights?

  • Do I need to go to see a forensic examiner or a social worker?

  • Will the court supervise visits with the non-custodial parent?

  • Do I have to take a drug test?  

  • What information do I need to bring to court?

  • Do I need to bring witnesses on my court date?

30 Minute Informational Phone Session or Face to Face Office Visit

If you believe your case is more complicated or has a lengthy history a 30-minute phone consultation or office visit is probably a better solution.  Also, for those who are limited to coming to the office because they live in another state, this is a good option.  We will be able to answer similar questions as the 15-minute phone consultation.  We will also determine what legal steps if any are required. It can also be useful to "dig in" to some specifics of your particular facts. 

In Person Family Law Strategy Session

Are you are ready to dig in and roll up your sleeves and create a legal strategy session for your specific case?  Using the facts of your case, this is an excellent way to evaluate your case.  What your legal steps are going to be and how to get there.  Sessions last approximately one hour.  You will walk out of the office with a written game plan with all the information you need to feel confident to make the right decision for you and your family.  You can learn more about this booking here
